Spoon University Fairfield

In the fall of 2019 I joined Fairfield’s chapter of Spoon University. This is an online publication dedicated to all things food for the average college student or young adult. I served as a marketer for our chapter but loved writing articles when I had the opportunity. These included different topics like recipes, restaurant spotlights, or the latest food trends.
